This includes the engine, torque converter, transmission, and front and rear drive axles-collectively referred to as the "Four Major Components."

Engine

The torque converter houses three pumps: the implement pump (supplying pressurized oil for lifting and dumping functions), the steering pump (supplying pressurized oil for steering), and the transmission pump-also known as the travel pump (supplying pressurized oil to the torque converter and transmission). On some models, the steering pump is additionally equipped with a pilot pump (supplying pilot pressure oil to the control valves).

Implement Hydraulic Circuit: Hydraulic oil tank, implement pump, multi-way control valve, lift cylinders, and tilt cylinders.

Travel Hydraulic Circuit: Oil from the transmission sump, transmission pump (with one line feeding the torque converter and another feeding the gear selector valve), and transmission clutches.

Drive System: Drive shafts, main differential, and wheel-side reducers.

Steering Hydraulic Circuit: Oil tank, steering pump, flow control valve (or priority valve), steering unit, and steering cylinders.

Transmissions are classified into two types: integrated (planetary-type) and split (fixed-shaft type).
