nternal Combustion Forklift Power System
Engine: Generates power through the combustion of diesel, gasoline, or LPG fuels, covering a power output range of 40–150 kW, making it suitable for heavy-duty applications.
Cooling System: Reliably maintains the engine's operating temperature between 80°C and 90°C, preventing mechanical damage caused by overheating.
Fuel System: Features a fuel tank for storage paired with filters for purification; diesel models are equipped with a high-pressure common rail system to ensure precise fuel injection.
Exhaust System: Integrates a muffler for noise reduction, while a catalytic converter effectively reduces harmful emissions such as NOx and CO.
Electric Forklift Power System
Battery: Powered by lead-acid or lithium-ion batteries (48V/80V); lithium-ion batteries offer the advantages of fast charging and higher energy density.
Electric Motor: Converts electrical energy into mechanical energy with an efficiency exceeding 90%, directly driving the traction wheels or the hydraulic pump assembly.
Electronic Control System: An inverter regulates motor speed, a PLC coordinates operational sequences, and sensors provide real-time monitoring of battery charge levels and temperature status.
